Sometimes moving toward your future requires first looking at your past. Analyzing current/past choices and coping with trauma takes work. It isn’t easy, but this is where I come in. Therapy gives you a safe space to start this work. In therapy we will examine anxiety, sadness, and/or despair attached to your past-self. This work is intended to give you a better understanding of your patterns in order to strengthen your mental health and improve your quality of life.
