Sometimes moving toward your future requires first looking at your past. Analyzing current/past choices and coping with trauma takes work. It isn’t easy, but this is where I come in. Therapy gives you a safe space to start this work. In therapy we will examine anxiety, sadness, and/or despair attached to your past-self. This work is intended to give you a better understanding of your patterns in order to strengthen your mental health and improve your quality of life.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW. As a social worker my goal is to empower my clients and improve their perspective on life. We all need a little help and guidance from time to time and an ear willing to listen. You are not alone on this journey and I'm here to help you navigate through your feelings of anxiety, sadness and despair. I will establish a safe and supportive atmosphere for you to share your life's adventures.
